We are not building emotional hype, shallow attraction culture, or a Christian dating pool. We are building spiritually grounded men and women.
We believe singleness has purpose.
Culture teaches people to obsess over finding the right person. Scripture calls us to become the right person in Christ first.
Iron and Favor exists because too many singles are navigating identity, loneliness, healing, dating, divorce, boundaries, purity, and relationships without meaningful discipleship or biblical guidance.
We are creating a place where men and women can pursue Christ together with maturity, honesty, accountability, wisdom, and community.
What We Are

We create space for honest conversations around singleness, dating, marriage, identity, emotional health, covenant, wounds, loneliness, and purpose.
What We Are Not
We are not a social club. We are not speed dating. We are not emotional entertainment. We are not trying to manufacture relationships.
This is not a place for games, manipulation, shallow pursuit, confusion, or compromise.
Holy relationships require holy people.

Healing before pursuit

Marriage is holy, sacrificial, weighty, and designed to reflect Christ and the Church.
